Can't view recorded video, live preview works fine. When I set search time and date and camera an error shows in the bottom that's says No Record. Newbie here, any ideas?

You will have to set the DVR/NVR up to record the extra stream in addition to the main stream. This is done by going to the record page (Main menu>Advanced>Record if you are directly in front of the unit). Then make sure that all the dots are on the schedule selection for each channel where you have a camera connected.
