A new and exciting way to go about having security for your home or business when power and internet are scarce or non-existent would be with our new green Solar solution! This particular solar panel is not your common panel. What you get is actually a standalone power supply system which includes a 120 watt, monocrystalline solar panel which greatly improves efficiency and generation of power even when there is not much sunlight to be had.
There is a 45ah (Amp Hour) Lithium iron phosphate battery built into this solar panel along with an MPPT (maximum power point tracking) charge controller and one of the best features about this setup is that there is a remote monitoring app which allows you to monitor the system from afar and receive alerts should there be a low battery or another type of alert depending on how you use this all in one green power supply.
It has a rated capacity of 576Wh (watt-hour) at 12.8v/45Ah based on (20°C, 5hr) and has a maximum charging voltage of 14.6V DC with a maximum charging Current of 10A. The standard backup time at approximately 68° F would be calculated as follows: if the Load was, for example, 6W, you would take the rated capacity of this setup (576Wh) and divide your load by this number: 576Wh/6W and you would end up with a 96h backup time.
We have a 2MP camera (sold separately) that is 4G capable and pairs excellently with this solar panel and charge controller setup that enables you to utilize your mobile phone carriers SIM card solution to be able to use in conjunction with this solar panel power supply to install in just about any remote location and still be able to monitor up to 2 cameras remotely.
This system can be a breeze to install, maintain and even disassemble when needed. The compact structure that includes the solar panel, lithium iron phosphate battery pack and MPPT solar charge controller is all built within a die-casting aluminum casing that has an ingress protection rating of IP66 and comes with multiple electrical protections such as over-discharge protection, over-voltage protection, overload and short circuit protection, just to name a few.
There is an RS-485 port with a standard Modbus protocol for various communication scenarios. This comes with mounting brackets and would be best paired with a pole to mount this on.
