I've noticed sometimes with my cameras that if a little water got in from the rain it'll constantly fog up. When I took the camera inside and further inspected it, I noticed that the rubber seal wasn't on correctly. However, I'm talking about one of my PTZ Cameras I noticed the fogging on but I too installed the dry packets into the camera and don't see any problems with it anymore. Just be sure to check that everything is sealed correctly and the dry packs should help keep it that way.
