If you plugging these cameras into the POE built into the NVR, please understand that the POE switch is its own separate isolated network. It is basically a simple router set to a scheme on 10.1.1.1 range.
Your cameras MUST be pre configured to that range, 10.1.1.x, in order for the cameras to work. The they need to be manually added into the remote device page on the NVR as ONVIF, and you must know the correct port to use.
