I try to connect my GE Digia Cameras to PSS

i get login failed

could someone help me on this

Good afternoon,

 

The software works with our NVRs and DVRs and all EL model IP cameras.  The program is hardware specific so compatibility outside of our products are limited at best. A work around for that is to use a NVR or DVR to connect camera to then use software with DVR/NVR.

thanks for your reply , they are all connected to the GE Security Digia II  Surveillance DVR but i cannot  connect to them  via PSS.

You would need to contact them for an app as they are not compatible.
