When the law goes into effect, Recreational users who are 21 years of age or older will legally be able to purchase up to 1 ounce of cannabis flower at a time. The details on Nevada’s recreational cannabis are still in process, and at this time a handful of licensed medical dispensaries are now open for business to medically approved users.

Clark country is estimated to allocate 80 dispensaries, Washoe County 20 dispensaries, Carson county 4 dispensaries and 2 dispensaries to the additional 14 counties.
