A 2.8mm fixed lens gives you a wide field of view and that combined with 4MP video @20fps gives you a video that puts analog to shame. With a 1/3” progressive scan CMOS, you can be sure that your video will be crisp and clear and not pixelated and jumpy like some of the old analog systems.
Thanks to the advancements in technology, this camera can use an H.265 codec that will allow you to record at a full 4MP but reduce your storage space thanks to the advanced video compression standard. These cameras have a very generous Wi-Fi transmission range of 50 meters or 164 feet in open space when using a 2.4GHz wireless frequency. You can even record to an SD card up to 128GB thanks to the onboard micro SD slot.
