The latest addition to our Elite series of professional indoor/outdoor IP security cameras is this IPOD-ELES8IR28A which is an 8MP/4K resolution capable IP dome camera. Supporting an upgraded H.265 encoding technology, this camera has very efficient video encoding capabilities which will save on bandwidth and storage space.
This 8MP IP dome camera outputs a maximum of 8MP (3840×2160) at 15fps and supports 2688×1520 up to 30fps. There is built-in infrared reaching a distance of up to 98 feet and has WDR- 3D NR, HLC, digital watermarking, and BLC to ensure you are able to get the right image in any working environment.
This has a wide-angle 2.8mm fixed lens able to provide you with a 105° view that is great for capturing a large area. There are IVS features available with this camera such as tripwire and intrusion detection. There is a built-in microphone which you disable if desired.
The IPOD-ELES8IR28A features Starlight technology which can help the camera to see things in color even in very low light conditions. This is rated IP67 so you can feel comfortable using this camera inside or outside.
You can power this camera with PoE (power over ethernet) or by a 12vdc power supply.
We offer free remote viewing apps for both Android and Apple devices along with free computer management software that is available for Windows and MAC machines.
