The IPOB-SB4IR4X-LPR is a 4MP (2592 ×1520) from our Sibell line of security camera equipment. It should be used with a Sibell NVR in order to make sure that all of the features work correctly. It is a bullets-style camera that has an 8-32mm motorized varifocal lens. This means that you can adjust the zoom from a computer, phone, or NVR.
This camera is designed for License Plate Recognition (LPR) at a distance between 23 to 98 feet. Not only is this camera much better at capturing a readable image of license plates but the plate number will become a searchable field in the recorded footage.
With the IP67 rating, this camera is intended for use outdoors and inside but connectors need to be protected from the elements or they will corrode over time. Please check the ‘Recommended Accessories’ section on this page for products that are designed for this purpose.
