The mount is well made, but the reason for the 5 star review is the customer service. I ordered a very similar part (WM-EL202W) only to find out that the bolt pattern did not quite fit the camera model I had. Spoke with customer service and they set up an RMA. The company was willing to exchange with no hassle. Due to a time constraint we ended up ordering this new unit and will be sending the old one back for credit against future orders.
