I bought two of these cameras on Aug 10, 2015. I am having a problem with one of them. The camera is a varifocal lenses but will not focus properly. I have tried zooming out all the way to focus no good, tried zooming have way still no go. Weird not having a issue with second camera. any input would greatly appreciated. Thanks Dan

I would try a half a turn at a time and see what happens. If that is still not working for you there maybe an issue with the camera. Next time you contact us back you should use chat support as we may need to rma the camera.
