Hik Vision offline after changing internet provider

Hey guys,

I changed my internet provider yesterday and now my CCTV is showing offline when trying to connect via the mobile phone app. Can anyone help at all please? I am a little bit of a technophobe so please be gentle!

It shows offline (0x1007) I have re-booted my router and that hasn't worked

When you changed your Router, your IP address changed as well as any Firewall Rules. You will need to port forward your recorders IP address with the ports that are shown under its network settings.

Thank you for replying so quickly. Sadly I am not one of your customers so any articles would be great. Like I say I am a technophobe so need real basic terminology:-)
