I recently purchased an 8 Channel mini dvr with standard dome cameras. I set up the motion detection with email notification on two cameras. Everything worked great until it started to rain. Even with the sensitivity set to 1 on the cameras I received 200+ emails in about 6 hours.
Is there any other adjustment that I can make or ??

Not really- not anything that won't sacrifice something when it's not raining. Wired PIR's will be much better for motion detection as they are not pixel based detection and will eliminate most if not all false triggering.
