I have a customer that I replaced their existing DVR with your 16 channel.  They have a single Pelco PTZ that I have connected to the unit and it works fine.  Can I provide them the TPK-65 controller to control the PTZ?

You have to see if the PTZ can be controlled with a PELCO-D or PELCO-P protocol. Power the camera down then up to get an address from the boot screen from the ptz. If it isn't set to one of the two addresses, the camera will need to have the address changed. Search the model number online to find a user manual.
