Hi have a TRIDVR-EL8ME4. Something happened last night and I can no longer view my cameras via my phone. I checked the DVR and it is still recording. I then tried to remote in via IE. I can remote in but if I try to view the cameras I get a “You have no rights” displayed for each camera. I have also logged in as Admin and get this same statement. I created a new user with Admin control and verified that under the monitor tab all cameras are checked.
I’m assuming this error is also affecting why I can not use my phone to view the cameras.
How do I recover from this error?
