Hello,

I’m having issues with time profiles for my DX Access controller.  I have created the profiles and modified the privileges to use them, but I keep getting denied for “Invalid Timezone” when I swipe the cards.  Anyone else experience this?  Hopefully it’s just something I’m doing wrong?

Thanks!

Hello,

The invalid timezone error is not to do with your time profiles. The timezone error has to do the the activate and deactivate dates for that specific user, see image attached. Make sure you do not exceed the year 2029 as the deactivate date, and make sure your range is good for todays date.

Heath,

Thanks for the info. I will give that a try this afternoon. All my users are working fine under “free time” but not for timed access. I’m really hoping this takes care of it!

Heath,

As it turns out, all of my users were set to deactivate in 2029.  Fortunately, I noticed the time profile was set to 2100 and changed it to 2029 and it works fine now.  Is the 2029 limitation documented anywhere?  What will happen when the year 2029 comes and goes?  Hopefully there will be a software update available…

Thanks again for the help.
