I go through all the steps: search and find my controller, set up departments – personnel – access groups and so on. When I go to upload the info to the controller it tells me that the communication fails. Any ideas?
I am assuming that you are speaking about the DX Software and the DX Board. Please state all necessary data including model numbers and software used as well as OS on your computer and any A/V software.
