Cleaning up Audio on a Ring camera

Hi there

My Ring camera (not Ring Doorbell) recorded a video event and there' is important audio content, but the volume is too low.  Does anyone know whether the audio element's volume can be increased, please?

Hello Jade,

 

Perhaps downloading the video onto your computer and using software such as Audacity would help clean up the audio to workable levels. As for the volume on your device, do you happen to have the model of it? It would help pinpoint the exact procedure if there is one to increase the volume of the device.
