I was playing around in the SmartPSS software, had it all running for a week.
Well, I believe the whitelist Blacklist is where I checked it, and somehow black listed myself and now it has be blacklisted even after I deleted the software and reinstalled it.
Any suggestions, I played over a hour but being blacklisted there is nothing I can click on to do anything.
OK. You mean the IP filter in the Network settings on the DVR/NVR, so you can change it there as well. This setting has nothing to do with Smart PSS, but you used Smart PSS to change the setting. Just make sure it is not enabled unless you plan on using it. It allows you to block or allow traffic.
