Can someone tell me how to remove the baud rate on the OSD for this camera?

TVIPTZ-TP2IR18XME

Excellent camera but the instructions that come with it do not appear to be for this particular cameraCapture.PNGImage Enlarger

Hello,

You will have to access the cameras OSD menu. To do so, please first try to press the + Iris button. Once in the menu you need to find either dome settings or system settings and you should find the option in there.

Please excuse my explanation as every cameras OSD menu is different, it is nearly impossible to memorize them. In a few minutes I will get one from the shelf and get you exact step by step instructions.

I have made a video for you that should explain everything. I was mistaken, it was not + IRIS. Again, please excuse me every camera can be different. Here is a LINK to the video.

Thanks Heath

I understand what you are doing but mine does not work or look like what you are showing

I have attached my PTZ control. I opened it just like you did with a right click....there is no OSD option and the center button does not bring up the menu

Sibell, I have two of them

I have the camera installed on  a 16 Channel Sibell Recorder 1U - CVI / TVI / AHD / 960H / IP [#QDVR-SBE16M]

*Order information Omitted as we only required the Model of the recorder and not the Order number.

Ahh this is from the NVMS software. In order to call the OSD menu over the NVMS software you must first go to the local interface and configure Preset #95, then from the NVMS software the OSD menu will pop up when you call preset 95.

It is much easier to just do it from the local interface rather than the NVMS since this is a one time thing you need to disable.
