Hello,

i just received my IPVD-EL3MP and set it up.

during the set up i was able to connect to the camera, now for some reseaon i am not able to. i ping the ip of the camera and it was ok. but can not log into the camera. am my missing something?

please help, thank you.

Hello, 

 

what Ip address is are you trying to ping? have you try to find the IP address of the camera using the config tool?

 

Normally the camera ip address will be 192.168.1.108 and thats the default. If you have an device or an NVR in place with the same IP will result in a conflict of addresses.
