I am using TechProSS software on my iPad.

NVR Menu settings are as follows:

From the NVR menu:Network:

 address is 192.168.0.108

In the Remote Device Menu the ip address of my PTZ is 192.168.0.XXX port 37777

My second camera installed yesterday shows an ip address of 10.1.1.1XX port 8080.

From inside my LAN I am able to see the PTZ on my iPad when I input the private ip with port 3777, but NOT the new second camera using 10.1.1.1XX port 8080.

In the Device Manager in TechPro SS what address, and port should I be using to be able to log in to the second camera?

Thanks,

Tom

The camera should reflect the same IP scheme as the Router or the DHCP server. If it is 192..... it should be 192...... if its 10.0...... the camera should be the same.

Hi,

Here is a photo of my NVR Menu user Remote Device:

The schemes are different unless I'm in the wrong menu.

If the NVR does not have a built in PoE switch then you should match the IP address to the DHP server . If its an NVR with a built in PoE switch it may have a different IP scheme. Give us a quick call 866.573.8878 option 3 . Our Techs can look at your equipment and set it properly.

Good afternoon tom,

The camera with the 192.168.1.200 IP is your PTZ camera the other with the 10.1.1.100 is the new cam connected to the POE on NVR. The camera connected to your POE NVR will not be accessible individually. You will have to access it through the NVR. 192.168.0.108. The way I set up up you only really need to use the NVR IP which is the 192.168.0.108. The PTZ control will still be there in the app .
