I have a 16 channel NVR with only 14 cameras connected. It is sort of a strange setup, with 4 different buildings that all have their own setup and they are connected to the main office where the NVR is over a point to milti-point wireless network. My problem is that I have 2 TB of memory and I have knocked the bandwidth usage down a lot by setting the record settings to CIF and 15 FPS and I still only get a week of recording time. I have used the calculator and with using CIF at 30 FPS I should be able to get a month of record time. I am sure there are things I do not understand about how to set this up. Any suggestions?
