I have a Doorbird D101 doorbell camera that I would like to connect to my Elite series 16 channel tribrid recorder.  The Doorbird is an ONVIF compatible 720p IP camera.  When I follow the steps to add an IP camera, the recorder detects the Doorbird as an ONVIF camera, and it successfully connects to it (green status) when I set the username and password fields.  However, I can't see any video from the camera in the preview screen (channel 16 just has a black screen).  If I check the BPS status menu in the recorder, I can see that channel 16 is getting a data stream based on the rate change if I wave something in front of the camera.  Is there a way to get the tribrid recorder to successfully display the video stream, or is there possibly a firmware update that might fix this issue?

Firmware requests are made by emailing (support@securitycameraking.com ) or filling our Contact Form.
When it comes to Onvif Compatibility, most of the time it's on the cameras side when you have issues as it is the cameras manufacturers that will usually not implement all of the camera's features. Please verify that the camera has Onvif ver. 2.3 or greater. Not all of the cameras features may work and you may only get an image and not motion and other features as stated before. Please make your request for firmware but be aware that if we do not have the file on hand there is currently a 2 week wait time due to Chinese New Year.

Thanks so much for the reply!  I found that I was finally able to get the recorder to view the video stream from the camera in full screen view, but not in a matrix view.  I suspect that this might be due to the Doorbird not providing a secondary stream?

Regarding firmware, is there a change-log that would accompany it so I might be able to determine if it could fix any of my current issues before attempting to install it?
