hello, can you tell me how i can log in into my CCTV web service? i've read the post below and make some mistakes in following the instruction.

I deleted the fifth account and change my admin password..but i forgot to change the other account password which led me not being able to log in into my CCTV web service...can you tell me the solutions? thanks
