P2P Not working on Smart PSS V2.1

I have installed five 8 Ch Elite Seiries NVRs over the last month.  I can view the Cameras remotely with the Phone APP, But when I try to use Smart PSS it says the device is off line.  Any ideas on what the issue is? Thank you in Advance.

What is the model of the recorder, the app you are using and what is the connection type is it P2P or IP/Domain. If you are a client of ours you can also create a ticket so we can test as well on our end.
