My Sibell Mobile App 1.3.3 (current version) quit working after my iPhone 6s was upgraded from IOS 10.3.1 to IOS 11.4.1
I deleted and reinstalled Sibell Mobile.
When opening the app, it immediately closes.
Is this a known issue?
Is this just an IOS setting or is there an update needed for the Sibell Mobile app?
Since this is the newest version of iOS the app may need to be updated. This is the first we have heard of an issue. We will work on doing some testing here and updating the app if necessary as quickly as we can.
In the meantime, please try the app “super live plus”. Thank you.
