I recently installed NVR System.
I can watch the live preview using my phone app ( iDMSS)
But when I try to watch the live preview in my laptop, via the Web Service or via the Smart PSS client app, It is gettin stuck for some reason and I cant figure out why.
As you can see it is finding the ip cameras I guess but it is gettin stuck, I dont know if its a resolution codec or what problem could it be.

I need more information on the Recorder Model, Camera Models and the network infrastructure as well what you mean by getting stuck.
