I have been using Techpro SS Lite on my Iphone 5 for a while now and have not had a problem logging into any of my DVRs. I purchased the Plus version today and copied all the same info for the devices under device manager. When I try to log in using Plus, I get the message “system does not support the device (dvr name in Plus) (camera # in Plus)” under the camera that I want to view for 2 of the DVRs. On the 3rd DVR and on my home DVR, I have no problem. Please advise what the problem could be. Thanks
