I can’t access video before March 2014. The calendar in the playback function wouldn’t even let me go back to prior months so when I manually entered in the dates I got the “no data” message.
I have accessed these same time periods previously but after march it seems we can no longer access this data. I checked the hard drive space and it tells me there’s zero data as seen in the image below. How can I access the old data that I used to be able to access?
