The HDOB-EL8IRZA is a coaxial based Elite series camera that can work with HD-TVI, HD-CVI, AHD, and analog surveillance camera systems. If you already have an established analog system, this type of camera can utilize pre-existing cabling making upgrading a breeze! This bullet style camera can provide 8 megapixel (3840 x 2160) video at 15 frames per second.

The camera’s 2.7-13.5mm motorized lens allows you to customize the zoom level of this camera from the DVR, a computer or mobile device. When this camera is set to 2.7 mm, you can detect objects at approximately 295 feet, observe objects at approximately 118 feet, recognize people at approximately 59 feet, and identify people at approximately 30 feet. When this camera is set to 13.5 mm you can detect objects at approximately 866 feet, observe objects at approximately 348 feet, recognize people at approximately 174 feet, and identify people at approximately 85 feet.

This camera also has a wide range of features that help adjust for most difficult lighting situations. With Advanced 3 Digital Noise Reduction (3DNR), the camera finds and gets rid of noise by comparing consecutive video frames. This is accomplished with almost no loss of video detail, all while reducing bandwidth and storage requirements. A few other helpful features that compensate for an over/underexposed image are Backlight Compensation, Headlight Compensation and 120dB true WDR.

This camera produces broadcast-quality audio with its built-in microphone that transmits through coaxial cable, requiring no extra cabling. Having sound recorded to go along with the recorded video can make all the difference in the value of evidence.
