This 16-channel Penta Brid DVR is from our Elite series of surveillance products. It can work with 5 different types of cameras. It can use analog, HD-CVI, HD-CVI, and AHD through the BNC connections on the back of the unit. It can also use IP cameras through a standalone POE switch. In total, This recorder can actually handle 16 BNC cameras and 16 IP cameras.
H.265+ video compression can be used to minimize the amount of data being transmitted and stored. This DVR supports up to 4K resolution cameras and has three video outputs, 1 VGA and 2 HDMI. The second HDMI can be configured to display different cameras from the first one. -It also has 8 SATA hard drive bays in it, so there can be a significant amount of storage space available.
